Twice relied heavily on email marketing to promote sales and to drive users back to the website. The emails I designed and coded were sent to over 300,000 users on our marketing list and resulted in record-breaking sales and seller kit requests. These are a few examples of the most successful email marketing campaigns.

This direct mail piece was created to acquire new shoppers and explore whether direct mail was a viable advertising channel for Twice. This mailer was sent to a highly targeted list of 14,000 women who we believed would be the ideal Twice shopper.

Donation tags

I expermented with a new way to acquire new customers by physically tagging 5,000 donation items with a 50%-off incentive. These items were then circulated in Goodwill locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. These tags were printed on self adhesive satin acetate labels.
